Be Your Own Barista Contest at RaceTrac & Giveaway
This post was written by me on behalf of RaceTrac. I was compensated for the review, however all views and opinions are 100% my own.
When it comes to coffee drinks, I like my jazzed up. Make it creamy, and some syrupy goodness and I’m all in. Give me a black coffee and I’ll give you a blank stare. That’s totally not my boat. So when RaceTrac asked me to tell you about their Be Your Own Barista campaign, I was all heck yeah!
All RaceTrac stores feature our their coffee offering, which includes a line-up of six blends of fresh brewed coffee, including 100 percent Colombian Roast, Dark Roast, Hazelnut, Extra Caffeinated, Regular and Decaffeinated, all 100 percent Arabica beans. So, they are bound to have your coffee base preference. They are on the ball, too keeping their coffee brewed fresh 24/7.
When you head to RaceTrac, you can Be Your Own Barista and come up with your own coffee creation that it totally unique to you.
You start with your favorite coffee blend and then customize it with your favorite creamers, sweeteners and toppings like whipped cream. This is just a little glimpse of everything they have. They have syrups, different milks and more. Some of their new 6,000 square foot model stores include an expansive coffee bar area for maximized prep space.
RaceTrac is looking for submissions of your on #BeYourOwnBarista drink for the chance to be featured on their in-store signage. The contest runs from March 3-31, 2014. If you want to send in your drink creation, you should submit your recipe, a picture and your contact information to beyourownbarista@racetrac.com. At the end of the contest, two winners will be chosen in April 2014 (winners will be notified at the end of May), and their recipe and picture will be featured in-stores in June.

Depends on my mood! Most of the time I put a little sugar with a french vanilla and almond joy creamer, yum!
So I’m not a coffee drinker per se…but I go into RaceTrac all the time for a fountain drink. I love their crushed ice. And I like that you can reuse their cups and help reduce some trash!
I am a coffee LOVER and RaceTrac’s coffee hits the spot. I usually keep it simple with half and half and raw sugar but maybe I’ll spice things up with the caramel and vanilla syrups.
I love french roast coffee, half and half, and some splenda!
