When will I stop saying a week has been crazy? I don’t think it’s coming any time soon! This week was yet another one, full of doctor’s appointments, pouty lips and attitude and some yummy snacks (redeeming grace)!

Watching Moana (go grab the free printable I made…we’ll wait) we got some smiles. Actually, all four girls watched the entire movie. I was surprised. More surprised we haven’t watched it again.

This grumposaurus must be documented. Apparently, I’ve quickly forgotten the fun that is three. I tell her that her face will get stuck like this. She doesn’t believe me. I’m like, look at mommy’s wrinkles…too much grump!

But snacks…snacks are something we can be happy about! And N is all about fancy snacks like parfaits.

Adding that granola is totally her jam. And together, we like to make silly faces (not a reflection on her snack…just having fun!)

She devoured it about 5 seconds later.

A little more about these snacks…As a Stonyfield YoGetter blogger, they like to send us more information. They sent us a “B Corp basket” that contained items from several B Corp companies : Stonyfield’s NEW Grassfed Greek yogurt, King Arthur, Preserve, Purely Elizabeth and Method.

From Stonyfield

“We’ve always been big on our mission and what drives us as a company. We started as a farm dedicated to educating people about organic dairy farming practices – from which sprang our delicious yogurt. We haven’t lost sight of that original mission, of healthy people, healthy food, healthy planet and healthy business. Therefore, it was only fitting that we became a certified B Corporation!”

What’s B-Corp?

B Corp is to business what Fair Trade certification is to coffee or USDA Organic certification is to milk.

“B Corps are for-profit companies certified by the nonprofit B Lab to meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.”

Today, there is a growing community of more than 1,600 Certified B Corps from 42 countries and over 120 industries working together toward 1 unifying goal: to redefine success in business. B Corps are better companies – better for workers, better for communities and better for the environment.

Maybe if I explain to the grumpy princess what these companies are doing, it will help cheer her up, too? I’m happy to hear of companies and organizations rallying together to try to make a difference and support what they believe in.

What did you do this week?

GET IN THE PICTURE WITH YOUR KIDS! Who cares what you look like? Who cares how you appear? Who cares what you are wearing? JUST DO IT! Since the button code stopped working many moons ago, I took it out. But, if you are adding your link to my link list, please, as a courtesy, add a link back to my site so people can explain and link up themselves if they’d like. After all, that’s the point of the link up!

It’s time again for Mommy and Me Monday. Pop out from behind that camera and capture yourself in action with your kids. Check out the inaugural Mommy and Me Monday for more information.  Need another reason to participate in Mommy and Me Monday? Read my post about why I blog with words from a friend’s husband.

    1. Between that lip and her expressive eyes…..oh she’s trouble!

  1. Mmmmmm granola. I can’t wait to get these braces off and have some again! 🙂

  2. “mommy’s wrinkles…too much grump!” Cracking up. I’ll have to remember that when E hits 3. She’s already so much more dramatic than her brother. I don’t want to even imagine what I’m in for!
