Workout Partner Strong | Mommy and Me Monday | 520th ed

B started off the week hot. More than just warm. She came into my room Sunday morning asking for a snuggle and I could tell she was burning up. So we had a chill day at home. Monday the fever and a “hard cough” continued on, but it was a school holiday, so we all stayed home and watched too many movies and too much TV.

Tuesday, she was fever free and a ball fo energy!

My latest fitness challenge for myself involves 100 crunches amongst a couple other things. I was so glad B was feeling good and asked to join me that night for my crunches. And the oldest asked to snap a picture!

She’s a pretty good workout partner. More than anything I was so happy she was feeling better and had been fever free for over 24 hours.

Wednesday morning she was feeling great and headed off to school seemingly completely healthy. I don’t know what happened, but at dinner that evening, it was like everything came back. She had the sick eyes. She didn’t want dinner and put herself to bed. Sure enough, her fever was back.

We spent the rest of the week hanging out at home with her resting between the couch and the bed. I hate it when they are sick, but they sure can be extra cute and snuggly.

Friday, we still did a low-key day. I had a meeting, but Mr. Serious was planning on working from home, so B hung with him.

By Saturday afternoon, I think she had finally rested enough to feel good. She did stay in her pajamas most of the day, but wanted to come outside during our leg day workout and get in on our flexing picture. Her face when she flexes is the absolute best, right?
