Allow the ink portion of a highlighter to soak in warm water.

Pour one bottle of glue into bowl.

While stirring, slowly pour in liquid starch until desired consistency is achieved.

Pull, stretch and play with slime with hands.

Add a black light to a dark room and watch it your scented slime glow.
