Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler.
Dip the end of a straw in the melted chocolate and then push into one marshmallow while twisting.
Place in freezer to harden and cool.
Remove from freezer.
Dip marshmallow into melted chocolate and spread around marshmallow.
Dip into sugar crystals and coat.
Place in florist foam and then into freezer to harden and cool.
