Preheat oven to 400°F.
Run fingers under skin of chicken breasts to loosen skin from flesh.
Combine remaining ingredients; rub mixture under chicken skin.
Place chicken on a rack in a broiler pan rubbed with oil.
Bake 45 minutes.
Increase oven temperature to broil.
Broil chicken 3 minutes or until skin is crisp; cut into serving-size pieces.
