Kitchen Hack: The easiest way to shred cooked chicken
I use shredded chicken in a lot of recipes. Typically, I cook the chicken in the crockpot and then I have to wait for it cool so I can shred it with my hands and not burn them!
Well, there is no more of that. Friends told me about shredding with my stand mixer.
I did it and there is no turning back. My chicken is now shredded in the matter of a couple seconds and it’s totally worth getting out the mixer and having to clean it!

Do you know how many times I’ve burnt my fingers trying to do this? Thank you for testing out the theory!
I do what I can:) From what I hear, this doesn’t work as well on cold chicken, but I haven’t tried that.
