My happy | #HappyMamas
I dare you not to smile. To find your happy. Maybe not scrolling through my pictures, but scrolling through yours. When I need a pick-me-up, I just go scrolling through my phone pictures, or maybe the big girl camera.
There isn’t really one moment I’m remembering that is overwhelming me with a happy story. There are lots of little ones. And, that’s what the Happy Mama’s Movement is all about: Finding happy anywhere and everywhere. So instead of a nice written out story, it’s little blips of happy.

Little moments that keep us going and finding the happy in the midst of it all; that’s what the happy mama movement is all about.

That smile in the last photo says it all. As do the laughs from your sweet baby. I love all these kinds of “Happy”! And look at us, both finding the happy in our photos. Part of the reason I love taking them so much! 😉
Looking at pictures of my adorable nieces makes me happy! I do the same thing with my phone…I scroll through pictures and watch the short vidoes when I need a smile. It works EVERY.single.time! I am happy when Logan makes progress with her sleep plan. I am happy when Logan reaches her mommy-replica hands towards me. I am happy when the house is clean and me and the Hubs are relaxing watching a movie.

Oh I look for the happy in photos too when I’m feeling down. It reminds me of all those precious moments that sometimes get forgotten. That’s probably why I’m a mom-parazzi. I swear my kid is blind from all the flashes.

Seeing my daughters smile always bring joy to my life. They are such great blessings and I thank God for every moment I’m able to spend with them.
I am happy when I take my boys to the park. Too bad it is going to rain today. Boo!! 🙁
Like you, I find great joy and happiness in the smiling faces of my husband and children.
My happy is pretty much all about my kids too! Spending time with them, traveling and having fun and just being with them. I’m even happy at school pick up just because I get to be with them!
