I’ve started Christmas shopping already (which I never do)

Yep, I don’t think I’ve ever done it this early, but I’ve started my Christmas shopping already. Shhhh…don’t tell the girls.

I’ve been seeing this little turtle (and ladybug) around for a while. It seems so much cooler than a night light. And soothing, too. In fact, I’ve seen it on so many “must have” lists for giving at baby showers. Gentle and subtle lights in three colors in the form of stars. I like it. And I know they will like it, too.

One thing that did surprise me is that the shell is a harder material, not plush like the rest of the turtle. I suppose it could still be cuddled, but I think it would be more for setting somewhere and displaying on the walls in the room.

I ordered the two of them from Red Envelope. One for the big girls’ room and one for E’s room. It was very easy to shop around on the site and find what I was looking for and place my order super fast. I really appreciated the fact that I could chose my delivery date, including the very next day if I wanted (of course shipping is extra, but sometimes, you forget). You could also select to have it gift wrapped so it arrived to the recipient all ready to go.
