TESPO review and discount (no more pills!)
Vitamins can be a hard pill to swallow. Many people not only have a hard time swallowing them, but for people with small stomachs from surgery or other conditions, pills aren’t an option.
No more pills
I was recently sent a Tespo unit, a fun little dispenser and gadget along with 8 different vitamin formulas to help people be excited about taking vitamins and not have issues associated with the pill form to test out with my family.
How it works
The dispenser uses a disc that contains 31 doses of vitamin blend and dispenses it along with the required amount of water depending on the disc into a cup. It them mixes the powdered vitamins in the water and you have a drink that is ready to go.
The ingredients
Because they’ve switched to liquid form, they are able to remove all of the binding products and the result is just vitamins and minerals mixed to perfection. Tespo tells me it can be taken on an upset stomach with no stomach aches. This is because all Tespo formulas have no chemical binding agents or artificial fillers. (I haven’t tried it yet, because taking traditional vitamins on an empty stomach ALWAYS ends up with me expelling said vitamins from my body). But, with Tespo, I’ve experienced zero “vitamin burps” or other stomach issues I typically associate with vitamins.
The discs are
- Non-GMO
- Non-Dairy
- Vegetarian
- Contain no sugar
- Contain no binding agents
- Gluten-Free
- Nothing artificial
- Independently tested
- Contain no fillers
- BPA free
- Sustainable / Recyclable
- Are not pills

How Tespo works
Fill the tank with water.
Insert your desired Tespo Disc.
Hit the button on the top to wake the machine up, once the light turns green, hit the button again and it runs the whole routine.
After about 2 minutes, it goes into a sleep mode. To wake it back up, just hit the button again.
How does it taste?
The women’s blend has a citrus taste while the children’s version is a little fruitier.
Thoughts?
I’m told that liquid vitamins are absorbed nearly 70% better than traditional pills and tablets. I like those odds.
- I like that I’m not eating sugar or other binders that aren’t necessary.
- I like that my kids like taking a vitamin daily and that it’s not loaded with sugar that can cause problems with their teeth.
- I like that it keeps track of what day I’m on and that I can switch it out with the children’s disc as needed and it “remembers” where I am.
- I like that there is a little spot that holds the other disc so I can keep it nearby and not lose it.
Improvements I’d like to see.
- I’d like to see more studies and data on the absorption and ingredients.
- I’d like to see more blends and options for discs for different individuals with different dietary needs.
- I’d like to see a smaller power cord block so I can push it up flush against the wall.
Overall, I think this is a revolutionary product that will really help people that have a hard time taking pills and remembering to take their vitamins. Your dietary needs are for you to discuss with your doctor and this shouldn’t ever replace health advice.

What are your initial thoughts on Tespo?
I received a Tespo unit and discs to test it out. All thoughts are my own.
That is so cool. I’ve never heard of anything like this before.
Wow, people think of everything
now that is pretty neat!
Thanks for the heads up!!!!!
Awesome Tespo post Krystyn! I just found your blog and love it! Keep up the awesome content
How do you figure 50% off $129 = $75?
It should be $64.50, yes?
Hi Paul. The $75 is correct. I think they lowered the base pricing so 50% isn’t accurate. I need to fix the post. Sorry about the error. But it’s still a great deal!
Paul, thank you for catching my mistake. I did the math totally backwards and calculated what the resulting price was instead of the discount. You shouldn’t “math” late at night. I apologize for the confusion.
How do I get in touch with someone to order it?
Just got mine and it is easy, tastes like Tang from my childhood…love it. I hope it’s truly absorbed as they say…really trying to makes strides towards better health! The price is good and $30 for a GOOD month of multivitamins is worth it, no vitamin burps…no upset stomach.
So true! It really does taste just like Tang. And you are right about the burps. Those were always the worst for me with capsules and tablets. I had to be super careful not to take them on an empty stomach. With TESPO I don’t have any issues. And, I’ve noticed my nails are much stronger…so hopefully, the absorption is what they say it is!
I also have one and have had a problem with getting monthly automatic shipments even though I cancelled or paused my automatic monthly renewal. I finally figured it out but it wasn’t easy to do on their old website (they have a new one now). Their products do contain soy (non GMO) so I am not happy about that. For people with soy allergies or estrogen, dominance or have doctors orders to avoid soy these aren’t gonna work. Besides those points, I have loved Tespo. Just wish their products didn’t contain soy.
seeking a package deal on the Tespo dispencer and Bariatric for women complete… and does any Insurance companies cover this IF perscriptions by doctor ??
Hi Cheri- I don’t believe there is a promo for bariatric right now, but I’d shop the link and use the code SNOOZE to get the dispenser and sleep for $69 and then add bariatric.
As far as insurance, you probably want to check with your specific insurance company and plan.
