A fun outing for you and your daughter

We are now getting to the age where our oldest daughter (4.5) will enjoy movies that are not necessarily cartoons and with people in them. The thought of checking out an accidental heiress, which I’m certain would be interpreted as a princess would be something she would definitely appreciate.
While it might be a little over her head, some older girls will definitely enjoy seeing Selena Gomez in Monte Carlo in theaters Friday. What a fun mother-daughter date, or even a chance for a couple mothers and daughters to get together for some movie time.
The movie features Selena Gomez as Grace, an ordinary girl that becomes an accidental heiress when she takes a summer vacation to Paris. It turns into a girls’ princess and fantasy dream. On the vacation, Grace along with her best friend and step-sister learn that their greatest adventure is finding out who they really are. And, I’m hoping that means that they discover it’s much better to be who they are then to live in a fantasy dream.
