And, now the reception | PSF

THIS POST MAY CONTAIN AFFILIATE LINKS. I MAY EARN FROM QUALIFYING PURCHASES.

The wedding reception was fun (minus the raw chicken..Em, you better get some money back for that).  There was so much dancing, most of us were soaked with sweat by the time the reception was over.

Check out the generations and wedding pictures from earlier this week.

After the wedding, I hung out for a bit at the church with my sister and her BFF to get everything cleaned up, her bustle ready, and off to the reception.  The rest of the family beat me there and took the opportunity to snap a lot of pictures.

The music was blaring and the girls were ready to dance and dance and dance.  They had a blast.

Some Texas A&M tradition.  Yeah, I don’t get it, either.

the dancing

There was a lot of group/line dancing.  In fact, we didn’t fit on the dance floor.  This picture has a flash snafoo, but it sure seemed like it captured the movement.

more dancing

I was really concentrating.

dancing with my girl

I don’t know which dance this was, but #1 was loving the line dancing.  She fit right in and danced the whole song.

and they're out

And, they were off.

I can’t believe it was only last week, and yet, it seems like it all just happened.  Such a whirlwind.  We made it home Monday night after 14 hours in the car!  We survived.  But, I’m not sure when that next road trip will happen.  I think everybody can come to us for a while!

The wedding was a blast. We sure had fun dacing with the girls. They were the cutest in their flower girl dresses. I am so glad they didn’t make them itchy. There were some great pictures taken.

  6. WAIT. Raw chicken?! For the meal?

Lord, I hope not! That’s horrible.

Other than that, yes, I did look at the pictures and read – looks like a good Texas time! 😉

    1. It wasn’t intentional. We had beef and chicken, and some people had chicken that wasn’t cooked all the way. Not everybody! And, I helped them get a refund, too!

      Definitely a Texas good time.
