Dinosaur Train on PBS Review
PBS has done it again with Dinosaur Train, a new CGI show, is set to hit on September 7.
The series features Buddy, an adorable preschool age Tyrannosaurus Rex (left) and his adoptive Pteranodon family, on their adventures with all kinds of dinosaurs, creatures and reptiles. They go on journeys through prehistoric jungles, swamps, volcanoes and oceans as they learn how to compare and contrast different types of dinosaurs. They do this by boarding the Dinosaur Train, allowing them to travel and explore the world inhabited by these amazing creatures.
#1 has been enamored with the preview they sent us. She is often asking to watch the Dinosaurs.
As a science teacher I love that they are teaching science topics. They explained the difference between herbivores and carnivores, for example.
In addition to the science content, there are also life lessons, like working together to get something accomplished.

What about the Z'bra…you know, the one with the floating eye?
Uh oh, Tim will be all over this. He's a dinosaur fanatic 🙂 He brought her back a DINOSAUR toy from Germany. Of all things… crazy!
Luke is already walking around the house taking his dinosaurs on his train. He can't wait!!
