I’m great with portion size. My biggest issue is eating way too many of the proper portion size. I/2 cup of Trader Joe’s Chocolate Egg Nog is great IF you only drink it once a day instead of 5 times. 🙂

  25. Right now my biggest diet challenge is actually gaining weight. After my third son was born (he is now 7 months), I was so overwhelmed and busy, that I did not take care of myself, and was nursing him, without eating enough, and got down to 95 lbs. In the last two months I have committed to eating healthy and making sure and getting three meals and snacks every day. I never thought this would be a problem because I truly love food, but three kids is so busy, sometimes I would rather just sleep rather than eat!

  26. Sorry, forgot to tell you which one! I left my comment on your most recent “mommy and me” post. Thanks!
