EatSmart Digital Kitchen Scale {Review and Giveaway}

With the holidays here, and the trend towards overeating, I know that many people should be watching what they eat.  But the reality is, they will be watching what they eat come January.

EatSmart carries many different digital scales to help you in your eating healthy endeavors.  So many people eat need help with portion control, and their scales will help!

The EatSmart Precision Pro Digital Kitchen Scale is an economically priced multifunction home scale, perfect for everyday tasks from weighing food or ingredients to calculating postage.

Need to know what a proper serving of chicken is?  Put it on the scale.  Not sure how much avocado you should really eat in one sitting.  Find out the mass of it.  I know this is definitely handy in our house.  We have a bit of a serving size issue!

    I’m great with portion size. My biggest issue is eating way too many of the proper portion size. I/2 cup of Trader Joe’s Chocolate Egg Nog is great IF you only drink it once a day instead of 5 times. 🙂

  25. Right now my biggest diet challenge is actually gaining weight. After my third son was born (he is now 7 months), I was so overwhelmed and busy, that I did not take care of myself, and was nursing him, without eating enough, and got down to 95 lbs. In the last two months I have committed to eating healthy and making sure and getting three meals and snacks every day. I never thought this would be a problem because I truly love food, but three kids is so busy, sometimes I would rather just sleep rather than eat!
