Going Medieval | Mommy and Me Monday | 145th ed
It’s time again for Mommy and Me Monday. Pop out from behind that camera and capture yourself in action with your kids. Check out the inaugural Mommy and Me Monday for more information.
Need another reason to participate in Mommy and Me Monday? Read my post about why I blog with words from a friends’ husband.
We dined on dragon’s blood, dragon’s claws, baby dragons and dragon eggs.
We cheered for our black and white knight with our crowns worn high, banners waving and baby applause (her little clap kills me). Then the red knight. Then the good knight. One of us might have hidden behind a mommy because the music was a little scary.
We all had a great time.
Not sure how I didn’t get a picture of N and me. I guess these two were sitting closer to me.
**There really is only one requirement here, a picture of you and your baby or babies; your children, your “baby” (ie significant other) or even your fur babies. If your picture doesn’t feature you (meaning you must be in the picture), I will have to delete your link. It’s not fair to the others that follow the rules.**
I try to make sure and visit all of you and leave some comment love. Please spread the love! And, I never mind the comments, either:)
joe and i did this while we lived in nyc – it’s soooooo fun!! and awhile back we drove by the one in chicago…can’t wait to take the girls!!
Looks like you all had a fabulous time!!!
It was fun and so glad everybody behaved.
Absolutley adorable!! (and a great way to spend a night with the fam!)
We all really enjoyed it (cheesiness and all!)
What fun. Years ago when David was 12 he made a commercial that was filmed at Midevil Times. We spent the whole day there. In between shots Dave and I watched the knights practicing for that nights show. It was great fun to watch them work out the stunts they would do…. However it took away some of the suspense and drama when we went back later to see the show.
I’m glad that you had such a nice time at such a fun place. Hugs, grammy
The stunts were definitely interesting:)
And, I can’t spell Medieval…even when it’s right in front of me.
Upps… I meant to say Medieval Times…. I’m too tired after the the family leaving for my brain to work right.
I’ve always wanted to go to one of these places. Maybe when my youngest gets just a little bit older we can go. Although, it looks like you have a kido younger than mine so maybe we could still go now.
Yep, 6, 4 and 9 months…but I imagine one that is walking would have been a little harder to entertain.
I’m sorry to have posted the wrong thing. I misunderstood. It won’t happen again! Thanks for the linkup!
I’ve been wanting to go to one of these! We don’t have one near us thought.
