How to throw a 4th of July party on a budget
When it comes to throwing a party, for a holiday, a celebration, or just a get-together, I’m going to have a budget. I mean, we have a budget for everything, so it shouldn’t be a surprise that we have a budget for celebrations!

With a budget, it means I’m looking for deals, coupons and promotions. A new coupons site, CouponDash.com, offers discounts not available at other coupon sites, particularly some great British brands to help me save money on my purchases, like a 4th of July party. Sometimes you will find promotions on certain lines or products, be it a percentage off, a discount amount, or free shipping. The promotions change often, so you should always check in.

Invites and Decor
Print invitations for your 4th of July party to make your event really stand out. With Coupon Dash’s for discounts to EZ Prints, custom printed invitations are more affordable than you might imagine. EZ Prints also has great decorations like hanging photo garland. Anthropology is a great option for decorative candles.
Outdoor Furniture
Maybe you want to spruce up your patio or outdoor space before having that 4th of July party, check out the great deals you can find at Costway and Target.
Paper Products and Utensils
There are a ton of great deals to be found on paper products and utensils for a 4th of July party. You can check out Target, Walmart, CVS and Dollar General for all of your plates, napkins, cups, foil, cooking spray and plasticware.

Glasses/Cups
While the plates and utensils are typically disposable, sometimes it’s nice to have real wine glasses and cups for people to drink out of. Drinks just seem to taste better. Try to score a deal at World Market or Sears.
Outdoor Games
It’s not a 4th of July outdoor party without some fun games and activities. I like to find great deals at stores like Dollar General for sidewalk chalk, bubbles and other fun activities for the kids. And let’s be honest, the kids will play, too. And, I would grab some bug spray and sunscreen from CVS, because in the south, both of these things are a must. Plus, you’ll want that bug spray when it’s time to watch the fireworks.
