Shhh…don’t tell the girls

THIS POST MAY CONTAIN AFFILIATE LINKS. I MAY EARN FROM QUALIFYING PURCHASES.

I can’t believe it’s been an entire year since I took our oldest to see Disney on Ice and she got to light the lantern with Repunzel and Finn. Baby E was still in the tum, and #2, well, we didn’t feel like she was ready.

Well, she never let me live that down. She asked pretty much every day when she was going to get to see the princesses on ice. Well, that time has finally come. Disney On Ice’s Rockin’ Ever After is coming to the ATL, and we are all going!  Just in time for their 6th and 4th birthdays, too.

It’s an all-new live production with a cast of world-class skaters. This time, it will feature moments from Disney•Pixar’s BRAVE, Tangled, The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast with the best known tunes.

We’ll get to jam to a Scottish jig as a group of royal contenders from, BRAVE, competes to win the heart of adventurous, sharp-shooting Merida, making her on-ice debut!

Then we’ll experience a show-stopping performance as Sebastian breaks out of his shell for one night only to make waves with Ariel.

Of course, we’ll get to see the feature from last year, with a chorus of harmless hooligans from Tangled when they get a visit from the sassy and spirited Rapunzel and her charming ally, Flynn.

And, one of the favorites from my childhood as the Beast and his castle’s enchanted entourage take center stage in a spectacular show for Belle.

Just, please, don’t tell them. I can’t handle them asking me every day when they are going to see the princesses…we work better with surprises around here.
