I was recently invited out to the Hard Rock Cafe to try out some of their new menu items for World Vegetarian Month (through November 13) as well as some “Bold Sips” Fall Cocktails.
I drug my friend Lindsey (@RedHeadBabyMama) along for the fun, too to taste all of the goodies I couldn’t.
The Pico de Quinoa Arugula salad was delicious and I think my favorite…with the veggie burger a close second. But, instead of sharing more about the food, I want to focus on this delicious drink; the Spice Cinnamon Mule. It has ABSOLUTE Vodka, Fireball Cinnamon Whisky, Monin Spice Brown Sugar, fresh lime and ginger beer and it is amazing.
(It’s sister, the Blackberry Peach Bramble with The Botanist Gin, fresh blackberries, Peach Real, house-made lemonade, and Chambered Black Raspberry Liqueur was a close second).
Thankfully, when I asked for the recipe, Hard Rock Cafe delivered and encouraged the sharing of it. And, I’m nothing if not a good sharer.
Based on my amazing review, I’m sure you are going to want to make these tonight or get the ingredients and plan to make it soon. Because it’s delicious.

Spiced Cinnamon Mule Recipe
- 1½ oz ABSOLUT Vodka
- ¾ oz Monin Spiced Brown Sugar
- ½ oz Fireball Cinnamon Whisky
- 5 lime wedges
- 1 bottle ginger beer
- Pour Absolut Vodka, Fireball Cinnamon Whisky and Monin Spiced Brown Sugar over ice and top with ginger beer. Squeeze and drop lime wedges into drink. Enjoy!
