Eucerin for dry skin in the fall and pregnancy

I feel like this is the earliest we’ve turned on the heater yet.  October and it’s on?  That’s early right?

As soon as the heater goes on, the skin starts to get all dry and itchy.  Add to that being pregnant and my skin sometimes feels like I could claw it off.

So, after my showers, I’ve started putting on Eucerin Calming Crème.  I don’t even dry off.  It’s really thick and seems to do a great job of keeping my skin from feeling so tight.  I can still tell in the morning that it’s nice and soft.  It also helps keep the static away….added bonus.  I do prefer this one at night because it’s thicker.  I’m not a fan of feeling like there is lotion on my hands (or anywhere else).

For the day, when I remember, or feel like I need an extra boost, I used the Eucerin Plus Smoothing Essentials Fast Absorbing Body Lotion.  It’s like my skin drinks it up.  But, it’s a nice thinner version but still makes my skin feel good.

They both say “fragrance free” but I still think they had the softest scent to them.  But, not really sure what to call it.

  1. I think their lotion is the best, too. It helps your BIL’s ‘swan skin’ not itch.
