Good Boy Roy Shirt Review and Giveaway

It’s quite hard to find good shirts for kids that are actually appropriate.  Good Boy Roy is a new line of t-shirts designed, created and drawn by a 15 year old boy named Zack.  The shirts and characters sometimes do mischievous things, but they also bring smiles, giggles and laughter.

Also, Zack is constantly coming out with new characters and drawings.  If you recommend a design, and Zack draws it, you will win a t-shirt with that design FREE!  Good Boy Roy designs are for Little kids and Big kids!!!

“About the boy behind Good Boy Roy (we call him Zman): He is 15 and has always loved to draw. He raced BMX bikes at one time and played baseball most of his life. Zack has always been funny,silly and loves to do impersonations.He is like most kids but has some challenges that he has struggled with growing up, like OCD and ADD, then a strep infection which is believed to have caused him to develope Tourettes and Tics. (It’s called PANDAS) This can all make things pretty chaotic. Zack’s drawing usually helped him calm down, was comforting to him and is something he has always been proud of. He is a huge sports fan, his dad is from Georgia so he is a HUGE DAWG fan!!! He has one sister, Kelsie, and 4 dogs.”

From Zack: “The first character that came to life on a shirt was Roy, mom thought we should call him Good Boy Roy. Like me he really is a good boy but sometimes does things he should not do. And that is what I have always said after something happens that I did not mean to happen, I always say “I really am a good boy,” so Roy is kind of my alter ego.”

I’m really digging the Soccer Chicks Rule shirt.  I’d love to see a dancing girl; like a ballerina or tap dancer…that’s what my girls are into!

We chose the Hippie Heather shirt in a kids small for the girls.  My oldest was refusing to let me take a picture, but the youngest sure did want to, so viola.  Of course it’s big on her..but she’s two.  It fits the very tall four year old very well.

The shirts are very soft and pre-shrunk.  The colors are bright and vibrant and of course, they are very fun!
