Our baby is baptized

Our church is very busy with new babies, so it took a little while, but she was baptized this week. On April 15, 2007 (which coincidentally is the four year anniversary of our engagement), our little girl was baptized. She wore my cousin Taylor’s baptismal gown (which was very special for me. I’m so glad that my aunt agreed to let us use it) and used the baptismal shawl that I was baptized in and was made by my great-grandmother.

It was so special to have our girls’ grandparents, great-grandparents, and great Uncle along with some very other special people to share the day with us.

She was so beautiful in the gown and so well behaved (even though she was really tired) during the whole service.
