Rich's snacks review

Rich’s sells many different frozen food products to aid in meal and party planning endeavors.  They sell, SeaPack, Farm Rich, French Meadow, RichWhip/Coffee Rich, and Casa di Bertacchi.

Farm Rich has a variety of appetizer-y foods, like pizza slices, quesadillas and cheese sticks.  I decided we would try out the cheese sticks.  I baked them in the oven (as I don’t have a deep-fryer, nor do I care for deep-fried foods).  I was concerned that they would be mushy, but I was pleasantly surprised that they came out crunchy and slightly crispy.  They tasted just as good as they would in a restaurant at a fraction of the price.  (It was $7.99 for approximately 40 cheese sticks).  They were a fun appetizer for my homemade spaghetti and sauce.

Seeing as we aren’t too close to the coast, we don’t get fresh seafood very often.  We frequently purchase SeaPak shrimps as a seafood treat every once and a while.  My favorite is the coconut shrimp.  However, this time,  we got the popcorn shrimp.  It’s a fun crunchy treat that isn’t too "fishy."  We often pair it with macaroni and cheese and green beans.  Perfect little taste of that seafood we crave without spending big dollars at a seafood restaurant.
