Squeezed | Cleanse and Juice Review + Coupon Code

After you read this Squeezed cleanse and juice review post, I’m sure you’ll want to order your own and do a 3 or even 7 day Squeezed.

I feel like I’m often pulled in a million directions. Four kids at four different places most days, a house, and a business to run! Let’s say I don’t get a lot of sleep. And, I often don’t get the vegetables and fruits that my body needs every day.

And, sometimes (I’m doing better), I don’t eat healthy. The idea of juicing to me is fascinating and I know it’s good for me. But, (yes, excuses), I have a tiny kitchen and I feel like I’m always running on negative time, so I just don’t do it even though I could have a juicer at home.

I’ve found, though, that I can order the best of the best from Squeezed and have it delivered to my front porch. I’m quite a big fan of Squeezed Juice Cleanses.

The Detox

Each day of the detox is 5 juices with an addition cashew milk for cravings or hunger surges or after working out.

I was so excited, I wanted to get started right away! Juice 1? Hands down my favorite of the detoxes and I’m pretty sure that the thought of drinking carrot and beet juice before made me want to gag!  My girls couldn’t stop raving about it, either. I had to ask them to stop trying to drink it!

I sipped on my second juice during church along with refilling the 1 bottle with water. The key for me was drinking water and making sure my body wasn’t trying to tell me it was thirsty (by telling me it was hungry).

One trick: After each juice is to fill the empty bottle with water. I finish that water before the next juice or cashew milk. This helps keep me honest with my water consumption.

Another trick: I like to consume my juices partially frozen so they are slushy. I like how they taste better ice cold and the texture allows me to feel like I’m chewing the juice.

Lunch had me a little hungry. But I drank my lunch juice (3) and it really did taste good. Like, I was shocked good.

Sunday is usually my day off from the gym, but I felt energized so I went for it. I had a few sips of my cashew milk before leaving.

Surprisingly, I felt amazing actually, because I was thinking I would be tired and light-headed. I took my “snack” juice with me as well as some water.

The cashew milk was used after my workout and the rest of the day when I felt a little more hungry to satisfy my need for food. I just did sips here and there.

After, I finished off my dinner juice, all again while drinking a ton of water and didn’t have anything else after about 7:30pm.

Doing just one day of the detox, I was three pounds lighter and didn’t feel like I was starving or anything. I tried to follow and see how I was after a couple days to see if the weight came back (because I was peeing like crazy) and 2 of the 3 pounds stayed off.

When I’ve done a 3 day, 4 day or 7 day, naturally, even more weight came off. But, more than that, I felt refreshed, the bloat was gone, my skin was cleaner and I just felt happier.

In addition to the Squeezed Detox which can be purchased in day supplies, you can also purchase individually (a la carte)  from the Super Squeezed, Sweeter Squeezed, Simple Squeezed and Cashew Milk. I grabbed a couple extra different flavors to try out, too on other days.

Squeezed offers such a variety. You can order 4 different cleanses.

Have you ever done a cleanse or detox before?

*From their site: A Hydraulic press exerts an excess of 1000 pounds of pressure to literally “Squeeze” the juice out of the fiber of fruits and vegetables. This method of juice extraction is commonly known as cold pressing, and many refer to the return as cold pressed juice. The process is very delicate, and takes much more time and effort than other mainstream methods of juice extraction.

As with many things in life, the best products are meticulously crafted to attain the best results. At Squeezed, our methods produce fruit and vegetable juice that retains more vitamins, minerals, and nutrients than most others forms of juicing. So we hope you enjoy the great flavor of our fresh squeezed juice, and that your body enjoys the nourishment even more.

I did a juice detox last year after watching the movie “Fat, sick and nearly dead.” I tried to include as many vegetables as possible in my juices. I could never acquire the taste for celery or cucumbers, but kale, spinach, carrots, zucchini, squash all worked for me. I stopped over the winter because I didn’t feel like drinking cold juices, but I can see myself doing it again in the spring/summer.

    1. Oh, the celery makes me gag. It’s all I can taste. And cucumbers are pretty strong, too.

Good point about the cold, that does make it harder.

This looks likea great option for people who dont live near a juice bar!

    1. Definitely. We don’t have anything like this near us. I didn’t even know there were places that did the same thing.

I should give it a try, but I don’t know if my will power or my tummy could handle the acid in the fruit juices.

This really looks like very healthy juice. I think the pineapple juice is the best flavor and I would love to try this one out. I bet you loved the flavors.

  9. Sandy Klocinski says:

Don’t starve yourself. I love the blog but from a health perspective there is absolutely no medical benefit to juice cleanses. Your body is made to digest food; that’s its job.

  10. Delirah Morales says:

I like that idea and the fact that you can order with your name on them! 🙂 Of course, that won’t stop boys from drinking mom’s juice lol. Great alternative to juicing at home 🙂 .

  11. I have a NutriBullet and I drink 2 green smoothies every day. I’ve been doing this for almost a year now and I can’t believe how much better I feel overall. I had not heard of Squeezed, but I’m going to check it out because it would be nice to have some healthy juices in the freezer for those days when I just don’t have the time to make a smoothie.

  12. Pamela Gurganus says:

I’ve heard of this and always wondered about it. Thanks for the review.

  14. I’ll be honest- I don’t know the first thing about juicing but this stuff looks so yummy. Especially when I’m on the go and don’t always have the best diet. Great idea to put it in the freezer!

  15. Before i start i am wanting to know more. If you can help me please! When are you supposed to take them? At what hours ?

    1. Hi Krystal-

I believe you should get an email from them with the directions stating when you drink each one. It should be in the email you received stating that your order has arrived. If you didn’t get that, I would reach out to Squeezed via their contact form. They are very prompt in replying.

    2. I have not ordered yet! I just wanted some kind of idea before I did….

      1. It’s typical breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. Does that help?

  16. Cami Valenzuela says:

This would be great for us. I love no close to anything like this. The flavors sound amazing.

  17. Can diabetics use this? Also, are the juices meal replacements or meal supplements? I’m diabetic but would love to try this to lose a few pounds!

    1. Hi Jeremiah-

I’m going to suggest you check with your doctor and check the squeezed website. I’m not certified to help with a question about diabetes.

I will say that, in general, a person can use the juices as meal replacements doing the detox, or selecting meals to replace. Some people also use them as supplements with smaller meals.

But, I think you best bet is to consult with your doctor.

  18. Esmeralda says:

Does it cause loose bowels? TMI, i know, but i work and can’t be running to the RR on the other end of the floor all day long. Thanks!

    1. Since everybody is different, I probably can’t answer that question for you. I don’t feel like I go an abnormal amount of times, and I know some people don’t even have a BM the entire time they do it.

If you are worried about work, maybe start when you have two days off back to back to see how your body responds.

  19. Hi Hardy- I’m not sure what free samples you are referring to?

  20. The coupon says it’s no longer valid 🙁 I am shopping using your link though. :o)

    1. Sorry about the coupon! Thanks for shopping and I hope you enjoy your juicing! I’m currently doing a half day with some food as I recently had oral surgery.

  21. kelli quigley says:

SO, you don’t eat any food for 7days?

    1. Hi Kelli- That is correct. I didn’t eat any solid food during those 7 days. I did have food in the form of juice and cashew milk.

  22. Hi Krystyn,
Is Squeezed dairy-free? I’m not allergic, but I’m lactose intolerant, so I avoid it.
Also, where can I see the ingredients for the juices? I try to keep my sodium intake very low to reduce my swelling. I want to do a cleanse to reduce my bloating, help my digestion, help clear my skin up, and lose weight.
Any additional information or advice you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

    1. Hi Erika.

Squeezed is dairy free (I’m also lactose intolerant so no dairy for me!)

As far as ingredients, if you go to Squeezed’s website and look at the a la carte menu, you can click on each juice’s nutrition information/ label.

I wish you great success with your Squeezed journey!
