Tropical Traditions Raw Honey Review and Giveaway
I’ve been very pleased with everything I’ve tried from Tropical Traditions. Â Most recently, I sampled the Raw Honey. Â I really had no idea what to expect of it.
Tropical Traditions Organic Raw Honey comes from the frontier areas of Canada, and is only harvested during a 6-week period in the summer. Tropical Traditions is the exclusive source of this premium organic honey in the U.S. Most commercial honeys available on the market today come from bee farms, where the bees are controlled within a certain area and get their pollen from usually only one kind of flower. Many of the plants that produce these flowers (clover, orange blossom, etc.) are grown with pesticides and fertilizers as well. In addition, almost all honeys on the market are pasteurized in high heat and filtered, removing many of the beneficial nutrients and enzymes.
It was so different than any other honey I’ve ever had. Â It was super thick and creamy! Â I like to use honey in my hot tea, and it was awesome. Â It was much sweeter than the honey I usually get at the store, so it required a lot less. It was also very smooth. Â Mr. Serious also tried it and was surprised at how sweet it was.
Yummy!

The typical fine print. Â We received a sample of Raw Honey to facilitate the review. No other compensation was received. As always, all thoughts and opinions are my own.

Raw honey is extra special….. we know first hand since we have our own beehive. We don’t need this give-away but I wish others good luck. We love our raw honey. My Honey just harvested some new honey for us last week. It is a hard job and a sticky mess to get it but well worth the work. I hope you have a great 4th of July weekend. Hugs, Lura
Love honey on toast. We also have a great recipe that calls for honey using fresh cranberries. Thanks for the wonderful giveaway
GFC follower. Thanks
I would use it for everything, seriously. We eat honey in our oatmeal, use it in baked goods, and sometimes I just eat a spoonful because I need some quick energy. My favorite pickmeup is a couple tablespoons of raw, dried, unsweetened coconut mixed with a tablespoon or less of honey. So yummy!! I thought I already bought raw honey, although I am almost out of my huge jug, but I wouldn’t describe mine as creamy. I would really like to try Tropical Traditions’ Organic Raw Honey. 🙂
