Comfy in our Comfys | Mommy and Me Monday | 630th ed
I am not a cold-loving person. When people tell me they are going snow skiing for a school break, I’m looking for sun and sweat.
This doesn’t mix well with the later part of cross country season and the start of track season. Like Saturday, the high is 42F!
Despite layers, hoodies, jackets, gloves, and blankets dragging the ground we are still cold. So when I saw some people wearing what looked like giant blankets, I had to ask more. They are Comfys. Basically a wearable outdoor blanket.
I put off buying them in December thinking I wouldn’t really need one. And then I froze my bottom off (well, not really, but I wish that was possible), and went and ordered two Comfys. One for me and one for the kiddo at a race.
Naturally, we had to immediately try them on. And they are, in fact, Comfy!
I keep finding my Comfys all over the house. The kids put them on to do homework, read, lounge around and basically just life.
So, maybe go buy a Comfy or two for your family. And, then you’ll probably have to add a couple more.
They aren’t cute, they aren’t fashionable, but they will keep me warm and keep them warm between races, so that’s a win!
