I can remember Old London Melba Toast at my great grandparent’s house.  They bring back such good memories.
And now, I can share these same yummy snack memories with my husband and my girls.
The crunch is awesome: Bagel chips, the toast and the snacks.  They are great for dipping, or just putting a little butter on them and having a nice snack.  Sometimes, I’ve even put peanut butter and jelly on them.  You can find so many other great melba toast recipes.

Also, smashing up the melba toast into crumbs in the food processor makes a great breading/batter for chicken.  So very tasty.
Tiramisu Melba?  Oh my yumminess.

In moderation, melba toast makes a great snack (meaning read the label and don’t eat 5 servings in one sitting!).  We are of the thought that anything in moderation is okay.  Most importantly, watching serving size and calorie intake will lead to healthy living.
