And now to our traffic report…
They say, don’t drive on Interstate###, there is an accident blocking three lanes of traffic. Take an alternative route, abc Parkway. This road runs parallel to the interstate. Me, thinking that the traffic reporter actually knew what he was talking about, decided to go along with his suggestion. BIG MISTAKE.
I take abc Parkway, and after about 2 miles, I can actually see the interstate right next to me, which of course, is not even slowed (no brake lights, no accident, no flashing lights, nothing). Meanwhile, I sit light after light barely at a crawl because some guy gets paid to “report” the “traffic” inaccurately. Halfway through my trip, I finally manage to get back on the interstate and more importantly, I get out of second gear.
Thanks traffic guy for making my 20 minute trip over 45 minutes.
Weird. I always thought the Rettop Method was the best for generating traffic. I am going to book mark this blog, nice topics discussed
By the way… I have a Traffic site. It pretty much covers Traffic related stuff.
Come and check it out if you get time 🙂
