Chattanooga, TN | Mommy and Me Monday | 279th ed

THIS POST MAY CONTAIN AFFILIATE LINKS. I MAY EARN FROM QUALIFYING PURCHASES.

We’ve been to Chattanooga, Tennessee before. We did all of the tourist things then in one day! This time, we went to a LILLEbaby meetup with some new friends, had a picnic lunch and then went for a walk across a pedestrian bridge. I’ll share more about our trip later this week.

Of course, we stopped mid-windy-walk for a picture of the girls and me.

Chattanooga

We can’t leave out Mr. Serious and cantankerous E who was up and down and full of sass the entire time. Three-nagers are fun! Thankfully, Mr. Serious is an awesome and patient dad (for all of us) and helped with her emotional times!

Father's Day weekend in Chattanooga

Happy Father’s Day to everybody! We hope you had an awesome weekend.

What were you up to this weekend?

Since the button code stopped working many moons ago, I took it out. But, if you are adding your link to my link list, please, as a courtesy, add a link back to my site so people can explain and link up themselves if they’d like. After all, that’s the point of the link up!

It’s time again for Mommy and Me Monday. Pop out from behind that camera and capture yourself in action with your kids. Check out the inaugural Mommy and Me Monday for more information.  Need another reason to participate in Mommy and Me Monday? Read my post about why I blog with words from a friends’ husband.

**There really is only one requirement here, a picture of you and your baby or babies; your children, your “baby” (ie significant other) or even your fur babies. If your picture doesn’t feature you (meaning you must be in the picture), I will have to delete your link. It’s not fair to the others that follow the rules.*

  1. We were in Chattanooga just a couple of weeks ago (visiting friends.) It’s such a fun town!

    1. It really is. We have to make another trip to go back for sure!

  2. The meet up looked like so much fun! I was ‘stalking’ on social media. 🙂 Need to find one close to me. We spent the weekend hanging out with friends, saying goodbye to one family (moving to the coast), and giving my husband a Father’s Day farewell for a few days as he headed off for a business trip in Canada.

    1. Oh, I’m glad you were able to hang out with friends…but boo that they are moving away….and for the hubby going on a business trip! I’m always a wreck when that happens here.

We had friends over for Gourmet Burgers on Saturday then family over for a trip to the neighborhood pool and dinner on Sunday. I love E’s attitudinal (I am sure this isn’t a word) tongue and backwards cap in the photo. She’s such a silly girl. I am so glad they are getting a lot of use out of their princess sunglasses.

    1. Oh, she has quite the attitude!

We’ll have to have gourmet burgers again soon…just hold the onions!

  4. Beautiful pictures!
Don’t you just love it when you are supposed to be having a wonderful family trip and one of the four (or more than just one) are cranky and exhausted? Ugh. Glad you have such a patient hubby! That is priceless. My hubby is not so patient. At all. He is even less patient than I am. We could both use more patience for sure. 😉

    1. He has his not so patient moments, I assure you….fortunately, we aren’t usually at that place at the same time!

      1. Ha! Yes. We all have our breaking points. There is only so much a person can take. 😉 But you are right. Usually my hubby and I are not there at the same time. 🙂
