Christmas Time | Mommy and Me Monday | 304th ed
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas.
Despite the 70-degree temps.
Take a look at our little tree,
With handprints and homemade glee,
With happy girls and smiles all a-glow.
These girls have a Christmas drive in them. We have been running around so crazy that we haven’t stopped to put up our tree or any additional decorations except my Silent Night sign. We reserved Sunday afternoon to get everything out and put the tree up. In true fashion, something came up and Mr. Serious and I spent 2 hours with our fridge…but we got it fixed! And then we made sure that we go the decorations up!
A special thank you to At Home, the décor store. In October they sent a survey asking me to help decide my holiday style (which I have no idea what it was) and they surprised me with a mailer. It really was perfect and apparently they know me better than me.
What were you up to this week?
Since the button code stopped working many moons ago, I took it out. But, if you are adding your link to my link list, please, as a courtesy, add a link back to my site so people can explain and link up themselves if they’d like. After all, that’s the point of the link up!
It’s time again for Mommy and Me Monday. Pop out from behind that camera and capture yourself in action with your kids. Check out the inaugural Mommy and Me Monday for more information.

Your tree is beautiful! I love the star and the tree skirt.
The warm weather definitely has it feeling not quite like Christmas. We’ve done a little decorating, but not much. The tree only has about 4 ornaments – all Dylan has recently created and hung up there (one “ornament” is a bunch of glow stick bracelets he strung together! LOL).
I actually asked the girls not to put our fancy ones on there…there will be time for those later. I prefer the handmade ones.
they really picked good decorations for your style. At Home is the old Garden Ridge Pottery correct.
It is! I had no idea and had to ask, but At Home did used to be Garden Ridge Pottery.
the decorations look great. we finally got ours up and my daughter is loving them
