E shows her #DisneySide for her 2nd birthday
E has been showing her Disney side since a very young age. After all, she went to Disney World when she was just 1 year old. And craziness of all crazy, she’s now TWO!
In honor of her second birthday and her love for Mickey Mouse (I have to get her on video saying it. It kills me), we had a little Disney Side celebration.
Ironically, my kids love to sleep through their birthday parties and I’m not one to wake them, so she didn’t see most of it! However, once she woke up, she came downstairs, saw the table cloth and was exclaiming “Mickey Mouse” all over the house. She immediately grabbed up a Mickey decoration and feasted on a Mickey rice crispy snack.
Which turned out pretty cute, I think. Also, I have mad respect for the fine folks as Disney that make these. Theirs are gorgeous and they are hard to make.
While she was sleeping, we set up all things Mickey Mouse and Disney for her guests. We had t-shirts to decorate with Mickey head cut outs, which I preppe the night before (Valentine’s Day) but cutting out Mickey Mouse heads very carefully, leaving the inside of the cut out for the kids (and adults to color in).
I make a Rainbow Mickey just to make sure my idea worked.
We also had stickers, tattoos and and Disney World Bingo (with a ton of fun Disney prizes).
Once the kids had a couple snacks, they got to making their t-shirts. They were all so creative and so unique. Some of them used the actual Mickey cut out and traced around it.
And some colored them in.
Our biggest even made a shirt for E so that she had one, too.
The biggest hit with the kids? Disney World bingo. Even though they all couldn’t read, they knew the pictures of Disney princesses, rides at Disney World, attractions and more.
Of course, we made sure that every child got to pick a prize after they got their own bingo (most of them deciding to wear their Mickey shirts too).
On their departure, everybody left with a fun, customized Disney goodie bag!
Even though E slept through her second birthday, the rest of us all really enjoyed it, and she was able to enjoy everything in the calm after the storm once everybody left.
I received many of the above products complimentary from #DisneySide to throw a #DisneySide @Home Celebration to promote Disney’s new campaign “Show Your #DisneySide,” but all opinions are my own.
What a fun party.
Wow! What a fabulous party! You are so creative. Well done.
TWO YEARS OLD. That just blows my mind.
Happy Birthday to your beautiful 2 year old!
It just happens way too fast!
It looks like a lot of fun! We had a Disney party for our little girl’s 1st birthday this week as well…so much fun.
Super fun, and I am so glad I was able to be a part of it! I can’t wait to play the bingo game!!! Tons of great activities!
What a cute idea for them to color their Mickey shirts! I love the Mickey rice crispy snacks, too! I bet the kids thought they were delicious!
The rice crispy treats were such a hit…both with the kids and adults!
Happy second birthday E! What is it about that mouse that has every kid entranced! LOL all my girls were obsessed with him and still are! love the idea of the mickey mouse shirts and the bingo game and the swag bags!
To hear her say Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse? The cuteness explodes!

Puma store didn’t have anything that worked for Nathan, so I bought his giftcard off of him and got lots of comfy new socks! I’m wearing a pair right now.
Glad you got some socks….and Nathan got some dollars to spend:)
