Houston fun | Mommy and Me Monday | 439th ed
It’s time for a trip to Houston to visit the family. We flew this time, shortening our adventure from about 14 hours to 6 hours on each end.
The flight to Houston from Atlanta is just about the length of one movie. So we loaded up the kids’ Kindle Fires with some extra memory, downloaded their favorite movies and they watched a movie and we were there. (Aren’t B’s unicorn headband headphones the cutest?)
Before we knew it, there were cousins at Grammi’s house from both sides. Once baby Hagan saw me in the selfie and realized it wasn’t her mommy holding her, she was all done with pictures.
In just two days, we saw all of the cousins, did sparkers, watched fireworks, went to the pool and watched some movies.
Mr. Serious and I were even able to sneak in an Astros game with my sister and BIL.
The kids still have a whole week here with family while Mr. Serious and I head to Vegas for a few days of fun and a conference.
What did you do this week?
GET IN THE PICTURE WITH YOUR KIDS! Who cares what you look like? Cares how you appear? Who cares what you are wearing? JUST DO IT! Come share your picture on the Facebook thread or use #MommyAndMeMonday!
