Cold walk to school | Mommy and Me Monday | 727th ed
B’s cold threshold is significantly lower than mine (or is it higher?). She’s not quite at the shorts and a t-shirt when it’s freezing outside (literally, below 32), but she prefers to just wear a light hoodie or sweater.

Meanwhile, I want a warm jacket, hat and gloves. And honestly, I’d be happier with some warmer and thicker layers, too.
I think it does help that she only walks to school and I walk there and back. With these super cold (for us) temperatures, it makes me want to come home to a big fire to warm me up. Alas, there’s no fire, so I just have to keep moving.
This was a “the school isn’t quite open, let’s stop and take a picture while we were waiting moment.” Me bundled and glowing so cars can see us. B just hanging in her hoodie.
