Mommy and Me Monday- Shoes (The 51st Edition)

We went to the square today.
It really wasn’t a good day. Heck, not even a good weekend.
So, despite every fiber in my body telling me to “stay home” I went with you and daddy.
He offered to take a picture, but I was am just not feeling it.
The forced smile? Not happening.
The glasses and the pink eye? Adding to it.
So, today, you girls will know I was there because of our feet.
And, while it wasn’t mommy’s best time out, you girls still enjoyed yourselves.
And, the ice cream after didn’t hurt.

And p.s. … I did all this from my phone. Wasn’t sure if I could, but yep! Was totally able to. Took about 10 times longer, but I was successful. 🙂 LOVE mobile technology.

Sorry to hear you had a rough weekend…that’s never fun because then Monday rolls around and it’s time for work & you feel like you achieved nothing over the weekend! I hope this week goes well & next weekend make ups for this past weekend!

One of my fave pictures is just of me and the girl’s hands all touching in the middle of the table….we were showing off our henna tattoos we got during our day at Worlds of Fun but it turned out to be one of the sweetest reminders of how little and precious they were….especially now that they are growing up and stubborn as all get out! lol

I love taking pictures of hands, feets and shadows….we dont always need an actual face to remember and cherish moments. Hope you are having a great week 🙂
