New purple pen!!!
I’m so excited. One of my co-workers has been telling me for days that he was going to bring me a purple pen and he finally did. This is not a pen with purple on the outside, but a pen with purple on the inside….the best kind! I love purple ink! I don’t know why it makes me so excited. It used to me my favorite color to write in while I was in school, but teachers hated it…I think because it was so close to red!
So, now, as a teacher, I can write my little heart out in purple ink all I want (except the random legal document which can ONLY be signed in blue….boring!)
It’s funny because I LOVE purple ink too! It’s my favorite color to write in, but unfortunatley, I no longer have a purple pen. It ran out and I never bought another 🙁
I have a good purple pen too! Purple is my favorite color, and I love to write in it!
We made 30 cupcakes out of that recipe. But we could have made more, because some of them were kind of overflowing. It’d be nice if the recipe told you how many it made… I think I’ll add an update onto my post warning people not to force all that batter into 24 cupcakes. 🙂
I LOVE PURPLE INK. And, you teach? I read an article before I was teaching that said kids automatically ignore corrections done in red due to programming. If you correct in another color, they are more likely to read it. Food for thought. I always graded in purple.
I feel ya on the purple ink… i used to take all my notes in it! aww, poor steph, I will steal you one from work! haha
