Photo for two, please? | PSF

All I really wanted

Serious girls

was to get a picture

hugging each other

of my two girls*

*finally looking at mommy*

loving on each other

then back at each other

and both looking

and themselves

in the same direction

then contemplating running away

at the same time

and being successful

and then one ran away

and gone.

and the other was close behind.

*This one is definitely my favorite.

You're lucky. When I tell Nathan to put his arm around his brother, he wraps it all the way around his neck so it looks like he is about to choke him!

  2. That might not have been exactly what you wanted, but I think you got some pretty awesome photos. And you definitely captured "real" life!

  6. When you figure out the secret to getting two little girls to sit still, face the same way and smile — at the same time — write a book and retire.

While I like your "favorite" — my favorite picture is the one where N looks like she's coming to eat the camera 🙂

  7. Very cute! I have the same problem with my two boys. I have yet to achive the task you are persuing. Good luck!

  8. Photographing a kid is hard — exponentially harder with each kid you add to the picture! Well, at least little kids. I like that third photo too! Looks like a pretty spring day.

  9. Love these 🙂 The one you said as your favourite turned out quite well 🙂

  10. That is the impossible! I can't seem to get a photo where one isn't pester the other.

All of your photos are great though. My favorite photos are the one that tell a story about life just as it's lived.

  15. That is so funny and so adorable all at the same time! Best of luck with that. Let me know how old they are when you finally achieve that goal! 🙂
