That’s not the way to do it

When your daughter wakes up in the middle of the night for the gazillionth time, she’s not going to go back to sleep when her daddy (your hubby) says “shh, shh, shh” from the comforts of your room while laying in bed. Said room and said bed are pretty far across the hall from daughter’s room, too.

Yep, that’s what he tried last night. Not. So. Much. She continued to cry!

When I told him what he did, he said “I was so tired.” Yeah, so was I and he got to stay home from work today! Such is life!
