Time at the lake | Mommy and Me Monday | 804th ed
We were invited to another family’s weekend lake trip and took them up on it! They had floats and paddleboards and the weather was perfect.
I was able to paddleboard solo and take E and B for rides (and they also paddled me for a bit, too). There’s something about being on a paddleboard or in a single/double kayak so close to the water.
Last weekend I was supposed to go paddleboarding with friends, but we decided the direct sunlight and the feels like 101F wasn’t really going to be fun, so we scrapped it. I was really glad I got a chance to this weekend.
We also did some lake floating, too which was enjoyable. It wasn’t too crowded and we all had a nice time.
