Dairy-Free Caramel Frappuccino (Starbucks Copycat) Recipe
I make a smoothie every morning for myself. Sometimes B steals it. I love that morning smoothie so much that I even brought my Nutri Ninja® Auto-iQ Pro Compact System with me on my last trip to Houston. Why? Because I didn’t the previous time and my mom’s blender did.not.work for my smoothie! It was all chunky and bad.
Nutri Ninja® Auto-iQ Pro Compact System
This thing blends and it blends well. I can use it for any one of these 18 banana-free smoothies and not have a problem. Most of the time, I use one of the two 24-ounce Nutri Ninja Tritan Cups with two Sip & Seal Lids or the 24-ounce stainless steel Nutri Ninja Cup because I can hit the blender button, let it run for the 60-second program and have a perfectly smooth smoothie. I use the bigger more traditional blender container for things like margaritas!
I like to go to that big coffee store and get their specialty frozen blended drink beverage, but that thing is expensive. So, I set out to make it home and used my Ninja Coffee Bar to help out.
So, I turned to the pages of the Ninja Coffee Bar recipe book and got to creating.
I had some decaf coffee, some almond milk, ice and a dairy-free caramel sauce I created.
I used 4 Tablespoons of ground coffee, selected the travel mug and Specialty Brew. This is basically to create a super concentrated coffee / espresso like drink.
To that, I added 3 cups of ice, 1/4 cup of almond milk and 1/4 cup of the dairy-free caramel sauce (but caramel coffee syrup works, too). Since I brewed the coffee in the 24-ounce stainless steel Nutri Ninja Cup, I just had to add the blade, invert the cup on the Ninja blender, make sure smooth boost was set to “yes” and then press “blend” to allow the 60-second auto-IQ blend program to take place.
60 seconds later I had a creamy and yummy caramel mockaccino that I could make and drink at home…at a fraction of the cost and still all of the taste!
The possibilities don’t end at frozen beverages. You can use the cup to mix dough, make things like salsa and guacamole and hummus!

*Thank you to Ninja for sending the blender. All thoughts are my own.
This sounds yummy. I’ll have to try it.
You have a dream team there for coffee. I’d love the Coffee Bar but I don’t have enough counter room to host it. However, my Nutri Ninja lives on my counter. Again, you have the dream team.
nom nom nom. I need extra caramel in mine. While you’re at it, turn it into a dessert!
YUM! This looks delicious and refreshing. I love that you can make such a yummy drink at home
