From the mouths of babes…
Yesterday, on the way home, we drove past my chiropractor, which I call the doctor for #1. #1 said “mommy go to doctor” and I told her “mommy will go to the doctor tomorrow.”
Well, this morning, when we passed the chiropractor’s office, she said “mommy doctor tomorrow.”
And I told her “tomorrow is today!” Do you think she got it?
I told her, “mommy will go to the doctor after I pick you up from school.” So, the whole way to school, she alternating between singing the ABC song and reminding me that “mommy go to doctor after school.”
She never ceases to impress me!
The whole tomorrow, today, yesterday thing still confuses Landon at times! lol
She is so smart! Good luck at the dosctor today!
I just hate how hard it is to explain something that is so simple. I struggle with things like that.
What a smart cookie! Considering the fact that I can’t even keep up with what day it is anymore, I am definitely impressed! 🙂
considering my severe memory loss can i just say how jealous i am??
maybe i can borrow her and she can help me know the difference between today and tomorrow!!
Wow! I am definitely impressed! We always say, “it will happen after you sleep!”
What a smart little girl!! That totally confuses Kenley as does me, you and I. She sees a picture of herself and says you because I always tell her thats you.
Love the new look on your blog!
What a little smartie you have! So cute 🙂
My son is still confused about today and tomorrow. He is constantly just attaching tomorrow to events because at some point I said we would be doing that “tomorrow.”
Man, they catch on quick!! have fun at the doc!
She’ll totally remember. After school she’s going to hound you.
I agree with Holly – she will ask you about it again after school 😉
It is amazing to me how much little kids know and remember. Wow!
I’m impressed! The whole today, tomorrow and yesterday thing is confusing for little kids. It took mine forever to figure it out. lol
