Almost 400 | Mommy and Me Monday | 399th ed

As I sit here, I wonder. What is to come of this Mommy and Me Monday? At 399 editions, what will come of 400? What will be next? Do I keep doing this thing? Do I continue with my cause online, online do it personally, or just quit it all together?

I’m reminded of the blog post I read a couple years ago that encouraged me and pushed me to keep at this blog thing. So keep on doing what I’m doing. And to make sure that I’m getting in these pictures with these kids that sometimes drive me to the point of crazy. (I love you girls, but sometimes, it’s true!)

So I keep on doing it. I have no idea what next week will bring. Will it be something extra special and amazing? Probably not to most people. But this week brings me to 11 years of being a mom and 9 years of being a mom to our second. And maybe one day they will look back on this old blog and and be reminded of the silly, and the fun, and the sad, and the happy, and the mundane, and the crazy and know that we were all doing this life thing together.

So this week, it’s almost the 400th Mommy and Me Monday post. And it’s a hail Mary picture taken right before this kiddo went to bed. With her freshly washed self and me with cornstarch in half of my hair (a Halloween costume preview).

And, a quick, I didn’t take it, but we had some pictures done for a blog post next week, and we are all smiling and looking the same direction, so I must include this picture too, picture. (If somebody could tell me where my baby went, I would sure appreciate it!)

Maybe this is the kick in the pants that I need to be motivated again. To just do it and just write it and just post it. To not care what all of the people think. To only care about what MY people think.

Maybe. Who knows.
