Flying high | 10 year recreation picture | Mommy and Me Monday | 533rd ed

THIS POST MAY CONTAIN AFFILIATE LINKS. I MAY EARN FROM QUALIFYING PURCHASES.

Who hasn’t airplaned their kids like 500 times? Well, if you haven’t, I highly suggest it. It’s a great workout!

What I didn’t realize is just how many Mommy and Me Monday posts were dedicated to flying the girls like airplanes.

Flying Baby E

Flying Toddler E

Flying Toddler B (and her flying me)

But one picture came up in my timehop this week from 10 years ago (How have I been doing this 10 years?!?)

This time I was flying 3 year old I and 1 year old N! And maybe it was the delirium of quarantine, or not getting enough sleep, but as soon as I saw this gem, I knew it HAD to be recreated.

The furniture is different. The clothes are different (we thought for about 2 seconds about trying to find similar clothes and said “nah, we’re good.”).

And their legs and arms are just a tad longer. Oh, and I needed a little more muscle to get them up there!

But, success. 100%!

And because it’s fun to see the process. These kids are totally flying high, right? (Or maybe that’s just me!!!)

Not to be outdone, E and B wanted in on the fun. They were a little easier to get up there!

Take some time this week and remake a picture from the past. It’s good fun and the kids were totally on board with it.

WHAT DID YOU DO THIS WEEK?

GET IN THE PICTURE WITH YOUR KIDS! Who cares what you look like? Cares how you appear? Who cares what you are wearing? JUST DO IT! Come share your picture on the Facebook thread or use #MommyAndMeMonday!

It’s time again for Mommy and Me Monday. Pop out from behind that camera and capture yourself in action with your kids. Check out the inaugural Mommy and Me Monday for more information. 1. Oh wow! That would be an amazing show of strength! If only they were all the same size as the 6 year old!
