First Day of School | Mommy and Me Monday | 600th ed
The girls are excited school has started for the 2021-22 school year. I’m happy for a little more consistent routine.
But all the rest of the things back to school brings about while we are still in the middle of a pandemic with rising numbers? Not. So. Much.
But, off they went.
First I walked the youngest two to their elementary school. I was solo walking and didn’t get our walking together picture, but did remember to get one of them walking on in.
Then it was time for the big kids to get dropped off at school.
Best laid plans…except we haven’t had almost everybody back at school in a while, and the line was ridiculous. So, the oldest was late to her first day of high school and the middle schooler was just barely on time. We sad in line for about an hour.
Good chatting time, right?
They made it and did a whole week of school. And, with only got one close contact call so far.
We are still taking things one day at a time, and sometimes it seems one hour at a time.
