Photobombs and Exercise | Mommy and Me Monday | 607th ed
The family that workouts together stays together. That’s the saying, right? Things have been busy, but we still get it done.
Lately, it’s been early morning before walking the youngest two to school. And they are very adamant that we leave right.at 7:00am. So, we have to get it done on time.
With the garage door open and dark o’thirty workouts, that does leave a lot of the day to do all of the other things. It’s also a good warmup for our walk to school with the girls.
I’m certain B was like “It’s almost 7:00. Are you done yet? Will you be ready to leave on time?”
Oh, how the tables have turned….or oh, how the turntables turn! (Bonus points for getting the reference)
Later in the week, these two were just antsy. Not sure why, but kids are fun, right? So, we found a Peloton family brain break (if you haven’t tried these, they are great!). The first class we did together, Jess Sims had us mimicking the stages of a frog’s life cycle. After an already intense workout earlier in the day, that one had be pretty worn out.
For the next class, the girls got to be a lot of different animals. One favorite was an elephant and the other was a dog meeting a hydrant.
This photo counts, right? You can see my leg after I was done! These little bunnies were bouncing all over the place!
It’s Fall Break here and the kiddos are all full of energy. Thankfully, the weather is going to cooperate and we should have some good fun!
