Peloton Yoga Time | Mommy and Me Monday | 625th ed


When you find a class you really like on Peloton, for some reason, you gravitate to it and do it over and over. It’s like watching your favorite show.

There’s an advanced yoga class with Denis for hips that is *chef’s kiss* so good for tight hips. My old lady hips tend to get super tight lately, so it’s a welcome class.

Did I mention it’s really good?

The oldest has been having some hip pain while running (yay for running on cement and the track instead of softer ground).

One night the kids were all wound up, so I suggested some hip yoga and asked the kids to join in.

Three of them bought in, and two of them finished the whole class. I always feel better after doing yoga, but don’t make time for it often enough.

I think one of them even said they felt better after the class, too. I’m definitely calling it a win!
