Making Friendship Bracelets | Mommy and Me Monday | 647th ed

THIS POST MAY CONTAIN AFFILIATE LINKS. I MAY EARN FROM QUALIFYING PURCHASES.

With no camps for the week and nothing planned, the girls thought it would be a week of screen time and games.

It was time for some creativity. I pulled out a giant box of embroidery floss from when I was doing some embroidery with N. It was time to teach the girls the art of making friendship bracelets.

They picked out their colors, and I got to teaching.

They learned it pretty fast.

It turns out looping it on their toes was a smart idea, too. I don’t think I ever did it that way!

Sophie loved the string being moved around. She thinks the bracelets are her personal toy…and it’s pretty cute.

They are all wearing a couple anklets and bracelets now and I’m sure there’s more to come.

What did you do this week?

GET IN THE PICTURE WITH YOUR KIDS! Who cares what you look like? Who cares how you appear? Who cares what you are wearing? JUST DO IT! Come share your picture on the Facebook thread or use #MommyAndMeMonday!
