Yoplait Greek 100 + Publix $25 Gift Card Giveaway
Four out of the five of us really enjoy yogurt. We especially enjoy Greek yogurt. When I was given the change to try the Yoplait Greek 100, we were excited to give another version of it a try.
I was a little skeptical of the advertising of it being 100 calories. Most of the Greek yogurts we purchase are around 120-140 calories when flavored. So, upon further inspection, I noticed close to the end of the ingredients, that they contain sucrolose (or Splenda). I cannot eat artificial sweeteners. They leave a bad taste in my mouth. Mr. Serious ate them and said they had a funny aftertaste too. I was a little disappointed because it’s not really saving that many calories and they still have sugar in them.
Many people like sucrolose and don’t have issues with it, if that’s you, definitely give them a try.

I have never tried Greek yogurt yet.
We usually get greek yogurt because we like the plain for smoothies and that it’s a healthier choice
Hmmm I think I like the thickness of it the most. I’ve been wanting to try these, but now that you’ve mentioned the splenda I might end up giving them to my sister-in-law if I win.
I don’t normally buy greek yogurt because it costs more but I like that it is healthier.
that it’s healthy!
I’ve never tried it but I’d like to !
I love the texture. It’s thicker and creamier than regular yogurt.

How good it tastes! My whole family loves it!
I’ve just tried it about a week ago for the first time and didn’t like as well as my sister does. I do like artificial sweetners but it may have just been the one I tried and it was not this brand
I like the thickness of Greek yogurt. Makes it a great substitute for sour cream in recipes.

When I first tried Greek yogurt I didn’t like it because I thought it was too thick. Now, however, I love its creamy thickness!

I can’t stand artificial sweeteners either…I can ALWAYS taste it. And unfortunately this isn’t really Greek yogurt. A lot of companies are now adding things to their yogurt to give it the consistency of Greek yogurt without having to go through the process to make it naturally (which does require a big machine when making in huge batches like this). Chiobani and Fage are really truly Greek yogurt…and true Greek yogurt is so good for you that I don’t really mind having it be higher in calories. Of course I may be biased (says the Greek).
