Baby Cousins | Mommy and Me Monday | 293rd ed
We got to spend time with my newest niece and their newest cousin this week during Fall Break! Thankfully, M was happy for me to hold her, because her older sister wasn’t really having anything to do with me. She had a great time with my girls, just not me so much!
This was B’s first time around a tiny baby. I was super impressed she wasn’t jealous of me holding M. She was just curious. She kept coming over and tilting her head and body to the side…for what reason, I’m not really sure. But, it was making us all laugh.

Then B walked in front of me and tried to scoop M out of my arms. I asked her if she wanted to hold her and she said “yes.” So, we compromised because I’m crazy enough to hop on a plane with my four girls by myself, but I’m not crazy enough to let my 20 month old hold a 2 month old!

She just sat and stared for the most part while being extra gentle holding her. I was super impressed that she liked “holding” her so much. I sent the hubby this picture and told him she was working on trying to be a big sister. I think he wanted to hang up on me. So, we’ll have to keep being a good big cousin!
It’s back to school and the routine for us this week. It’s always an adjustment!
What were you up to this week?
Since the button code stopped working many moons ago, I took it out. But, if you are adding your link to my link list, please, as a courtesy, add a link back to my site so people can explain and link up themselves if they’d like. After all, that’s the point of the link up!
It’s time again for Mommy and Me Monday. Pop out from behind that camera and capture yourself in action with your kids. Check out the inaugural Mommy and Me Monday for more information.
Need another reason to participate in Mommy and Me Monday? Read my post about why I blog with words from a friends’ husband.

oooh Littles holding littles – so sweeeeeet!
That is too cute!!
So sweet! And cracking up about your husband nearly hanging up on you. I guess 4 girls is the limit? 😉 We spent the weekend mostly at home hiding from the rain, but did get out on Saturday for our niece’s 5th birthday party. Thank goodness it was at an indoor bounce place – my 6yo son needed to burn some energy badly!
I had to stop for a second when I read 20 months. That seems like such a long time ago to me. How is she so big already?!?
My two previous statements seem to contradict each other. I mean that it seems like a long time, but it really isn’t. Unless you’re a growing baby!
So very glad you came for a visit. I think Misty Moo is totally freaked out by the fact Aunt Krystyn Momma looks and sounds like HER momma. Hopefully on the next visit she gives you a little more love. If you take her for a spin in the pink car it would most likely win her over! Oh, Papa Bear, what’s a fifth when you’ve already got four?
How adorable! <3 Congrats to your family. My youngest seems to think she can pick up her baby cousin…. however she's such a peanut I think her cousin will be surpassing her before long, poor thing!
