Whew. The holidays are definitely over, aren’t they? It feels like everything went back to 1000mph this week. At least here it did. It took a toll on all of us.
E was all smiles with her hair clip. I’m still perplexed by the fact that I have a) an 11 month old and b) an 11 month old that needs a clip to keep her hair out of her face. And, N had one of the sweetest weeks. I’m hoping I don’t jinx it, but she’s just been extra agreeable, snuggly and just overall pleasant. (Not that she always isn’t, but it’s just abnormally awesome). She even sat on my lap after her nap and snuggled me for a while.
Friday is the day with two out of three home, so we enjoyed some PJ time. I sent this to my sister when she had asked me to do something for her…I had two girls that wanted to sit themselves firmly on my lap. I didn’t get much done Friday (and my to-do list is growing by the second). But, they don’t keep right (the babies, not the list), so they get to stay.
E is still a b00b baby all the way. It might be weird to some, but I want to have pictures to remember it (because I do feel like my memories are always slipping already). And, it’s how we spend a lot of our time together (even though she’s done in 5 minutes or less). I know she’s not going to want to do it much longer, so I’m savoring it.
**There really is only one requirement here, a picture of you and your baby or babies; your children, your “baby” (ie significant other) or even your fur babies. If your picture doesn’t feature you (meaning you must be in the picture), I will have to delete your link. It’s not fair to the others that follow the rules.**
I try to make sure and visit all of you and leave some comment love. Please spread the love! And, I never mind the comments, either:)
All the babies <3!
2/3 isn’t bad:)
Such sweet moments!! And such beautiful girls!
Sometimes the ordinary is the best.
Your baby is 11 months old, there is nothing weird about breastfeeding him. I also love to take those pictures. I have breastfed 2 children a year and I am breastfeeding my third baby now. She is 4 months old. I’m hoping to make it to 2 years this time.
I guess I meant the taking pictures of her while nursing would be weird to some. But, really, I shouldn’t care, should I?
I’ve BF all three, the first for 13 months and the second quit on me at like 8. We are almost to a year this time and she hasn’t taken a bottle since like 3 weeks!
Thanks for hosting. Have a great week.
Cute pics! It’s still so weird to me that I *don’t* have any nursing babies anymore – that is one stage that is firmly behind us. I do miss it some days!
It is nice to have the quiet time…but the fact that we can’t be away from each other sometimes…sometimes is too much.
Some of the memories do start to fade after a while. I can hardly remember my 5 & 1/2 year old being a baby. It seems like so long ago.
I know, it happens way too fast, isn’t it?
No Mommy and Me Monday this week.
But I find it funny our perspective. We realize the holidays are over because we have free time. Between school concerts, church concerts, church services, holiday parties, etc … we had no free time in December.
But now we have nights off. WE can sit on our tuckuses and relax. We actually had a weekend free with no obligations. We enjoyed time out shopping and cleaning. Got the cars cleaned out and everything. It was awesome.
Oh, the weekends free? Doesn’t happen very often, does it?
Super cute pics! I love the nursing face, they always look so calm and content. 🙂
It’s those 3-5 minutes a couple times a day that are so awesome.
Love the nursing pic, and you are so lucky she keeps her hair clip on!! super cute girls.
Oh, she totally doesn’t keep them in. She rips them out and they fall out. I probably had just put it in before I took the picture.
Oh, your sweet girls! Soak it all up! 🙂
I’m trying:)
Awwww, I can’t believe how quickly the three girls are growing up. You are smart to savor every bit of it.
I can’t believe it either. I mean, I remember before I was a mom!
Awww… I love all of these pictures! We have a lot of breastfeeding pictures and I seriously enjoy those moments we share. I haven’t been brave enough to post them yet.
You totally should! It’s sad to see people going crazy and banning photos, etc because of it!
squee!! love that first pic where she is all smiles with her hair clip!! so sweet!
You and your babies are so beautiful!! Yes enjoy them while they are small it flies by so quickly.
Oh, thank you so much!
what sweet pictures 🙂
think I spotted one of the girls this morning…
You probably did…they were there!
