Alpaca Farm and More | Mommy and Me Monday | 819th ed
This week the team celebrated our season with a fun event at an alpaca farm. The kids get to play, have snacks and most importantly learn about, take pictures with and pet the fluffy alpacas.
And, Mr. Serious and I sure enjoy it too and take our time to get selfies with the alpacas as well. I mean, how could you not! I even got a smile from one!
Saturday, I snuck in some time between a birthday party drop off and pickup to attend a No Kings Rally. Why is this in Mommy and Me Monday? Because this country is for our kids and their futures.
I didn’t grow up saying the pledge of allegiance every morning and “liberty and justice for all” for *gestures around* all of this. All means all!
So I stood on the street with A TON of others in this city and around the nation saying we demand better!
And we wrapped the evening with a little family movie night. E was there too, but decided a picture was not for her. But we know, she was there. And there were sugary snacks and a late bedtime.
