Then and Now with B | Mommy and Me Monday| 519th ed
When the people tell you that babies don’t keep, they mean it.
I remember taking this picture like it was yesterday. Sweet little B getting all tired and snuggly and trying to get back inside. Her little ears seeming so big for her head and those little wisps of red hair over the back of her neck. And that little fist with fingers rolled tightly in.
Now, she’s a walking, talking, reading (when she wants to), math doing sweet little girl.
She’s had several hair cuts to that wispy neck hair.
Her ears seem tiny now.
And her hands are huge when she holds mine.
She puts in requests for certain books and bedtime and sometimes reads to me.
She asks for bedtime songs and also asks if she can sing to me.
Can we tell them to stop growing up already?
What did you do this week?
